1. Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 calendar days for a full refund. Note that no refunds are given after the 30 days. We also give no refunds on shipping costs and duties. And return shipments are at own expense.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Any item not in original condition, damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error can’t be changed or refunded. Please make sure to fill in the return form and wrap the items carefully.
We offer an exchange service. Please return the product you wish to exchange following the returns procedure and select ‘exchange for’ and then choose the size you would like to have.
We will send a refund confirmation once we have received and processed your return. We refund the money to the same account or card as you made the payment with. Please note: we do not refund shipping costs, or any other costs made for receiving (custom duties e.g.), or costs made in returning the goods to us. In addition, we cannot accept liability for and are unable to refund, items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. We urgently request you to make use of a tracked parcel service when returning goods.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 working day (Belgium, Netherlands, Germany) however during peak periods it may take longer. For the rest of the world shipping can take up to 14 days (possibly longer due to customs). Orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information after more than three working days, please contact us at email@example.com to make sure your order is handled correctly. Business days are Monday to Friday. Holidays excluded. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected on the next business day.
